Format
- We work with a team of your people, either single or multi-disciplined, depending on the focus of the programme, leading them through a two day workshop.
- Teams are usually between six and fifteen in number.
- We agree with you the “key issues” confronting your company/department.
- We use a series of creative thinking techniques to generate a portfolio of innovative ideas focused on your “key issues”.
- We use a mix of styles with people working individually or in small teams, according to the task.
- We assess and develop the ideas down to a series of high scope ventures for in-house fulfilment.
- We agree action plans for the team.
